The curious egg is me…Nicola Wake. I was an egg artist before I became a breathwork teacher and they both found me! Now I am the only breathwork facilitaor and egg artist I know haha.

Breathwork came into my life when everything else had crumbled and fallen to pieces. With each breath I discovered, I grow, I learnt, I explored, I got curious. Some how all the once wide spread parts of me I thought were separate, and made me seem discombobulated have come together to form the curious egg, which is essentially me! With my studyings, my life lessons, my wisdom, my teachers wisdom, life experiences, listening to people and my creativeness and nature in the world. I believe I have an open and warm heart. I try not to judge people, but listen to people. I enjoy the difference in all us humans. Im here to gather ALL the experiences life has to offer and I want to help you open or take off some of the layers you have been wearing, maybe without even knowing and are heavy of carrying. Through breathwork you explore yourself. What it is to be you. You do the work, Im mearly here as your guide, shinning the light on the steps ahead. You make the choice on if you go forward.
